I have early memories of hot days in the blazing West Indian sun, singing the songs I heard on the radio using my own made-up lyrics. My juvenile mind didn’t quite understand what the artists were saying back then, but I always took great pleasure in singing along. Those childish fabrications were an unnoticed precursor to the current-day melodies — gifts from God to express the messages He places in my heart to share with you today.
